Falls Prevention Education for Community Groups

Bradford District Care Trust Falls Prevention Team can offer the following sessions to community groups:

Falls exercise to community groups

• 1 hour introduction to Falls exercise.  Taster session for groups of appropriate falls prevention exercises.

Falls talk to community groups

• 1 hour Falls awareness talk covering self-care falls prevention advice – topics include footwear, eye care, walking aids, environment, and medications.
