Living Well Introduction to Mental Wellbeing

Suitable for: Anyone who would like to know more about mental health.

This course is for anyone who would like to learn more about looking after their own mental health in order to have positive mental wellbeing.  It is an introductory 1 hour course and raises awareness of mental health and factors that affect mental wellbeing.  We also look at the benefits of self care and provide the opportunity to think about our mental wellbeing including self help tools and what we have within our own district to support this.
