FREE ‘Gambling Understood: Begin the Conversation’ Training

A new gambling harms awareness training package is now available.

‘Gambling Understood: Begin the Conversation’ is a 3hr session targeted at people who are more likely to come into contact with someone experiencing or affected by gambling harm.  It will help to empower them to open a conversation, and signpost or refer to a get help. The sessions will require active participation in skills scenarios.

The training is part of an evaluated project and participants will need to feedback pre and post session and take part in an informal follow up interview to evaluate the effectiveness of the training.
