Healthy Minds Roadshow

Between October 24 and March 25 the Healthy Minds priority for Bradford District and Craven Health and Care Partnership ran its first roadshow.  This was an opportunity for people to find out about the work taking place for Healthy Minds (mental health, learning disability, neurodiversity, and substance use). The session covered how the NHS, councils, independent care providers, and the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector are acting as one to meet the needs of the district.
