Suitable for: Anyone who would like to know more about mental wellbeing.
Recharging Your Batteries is a friendly, introductory one-hour training course designed for anyone who wants to better understand and care for their own mental wellbeing. The session explores what positive mental wellbeing looks like, raises awareness of mental health, and highlights the everyday factors that can influence how we feel.
Participants will learn about the importance and benefits of self-care, reflect on their own mental wellbeing, and be introduced to practical self-help tools. The course also signposts to local support and resources available within the district, empowering people to take small, positive steps towards maintaining and improving their mental wellbeing.
