FREE Interactive Hoglets Theatre Performances

Bradford Libraries is offering schools the opportunity to attend free interactive sessions at Manningham Library on Tuesday, March 25, as part of Shakespeare Week with Hoglets Theatre Company. 

We have sessions for schools at the following times:

Shakespeare is Awesome! – 9.30am-10.30am
Year 3 – Year 6 – One Class Max

• This engaging session explores Shakespeare’s life, language, and audience. Students will even get to create their own Shakespearean insults!

Spooky Shakespeare Suitcase Theatre – 11.00am-12noon
Year 2 – Year 6 – One Class Max

• The production is designed to be a fun, silly, “spooky” show – with no jump scares, but as we’re covering Macbeth, and Hamlet amongst others, there will be mentions of death and murder, ghosts, witches, and monsters.

Midsummer Night’s Dream Storytelling & Puppet Making Workshop – 1pm-2pm
EYFS and KS1 – One Class Max

• Begins with a lively (condensed) retelling of A Midsummer Night’s Dream followed by drama games, songs, and a puppet-making craft activity – make your own Bottom!
