The Living Well Workplaces programme provides the tools, resources and bespoke support for your workplace to improve their wellbeing offer for their employees.
The mission is to reduce sickness, improve employee retention, get people back into work and improve business for workplaces in Bradford. You as an employer play a vital role in creating a work environment that supports their team’s wellbeing. This all starts with looking after our workforce!
Living Well Workplaces will work with you to understand the needs of your workplace, both for you as an employer and for your employees. Based on these needs key priority areas will be chosen, in which your workforce would like support. This will set out clear goals, showing your staff that you are committed to supporting their wellbeing. Living Well Workplaces will support you in implementing and providing continuous support on your chosen areas.
