Better Health- Start for Life has joined up with the NHS Information Service for Parents to offer a range of free services. Along with their existing health advice service which provides for parents, they now offer tips and advice via a free email service.
The email includes tips for mums and dads-to-be, partners, relatives and friends to support and encourage them to make healthy lifestyle choices for themselves and for their babies.
