IMAS (International Mixed Ability Sports)
Mixed Ability emphasises regular, frequent and sustainable activities, self-determination, club membership and opportunities for social interaction for everyone.

BDSL (Bradford Disability Sport & Leisure)
BDSL provides disabled people throughout Bradford district with recreational and competitive sporting opportunities.

Accessible Activities for Disabled Children
There are lots of ways to keep disabled children and young people active – start off by choosing activities your child is interested in and adapt them.

The programmes offer an ‘active together’ approach where both disabled and non-disabled people take part in activity together. It doesn’t matter about your age, your ability, your height, your size or the colour of your trainers – everyone enjoys and takes part in the same way.
