If you want to find an activity or service to support your physical activity, well-being or general good health then the Community Health Asset Map is for you.
It’s an online map detailing community accessible health supporting activities. These are organisations, places and services that are fun, active and/or generally good for you. The map was developed by Bradford Trident as part of the ‘Reducing Inequalities in Communities (RIC)’ programme and currently covers Community Partnership areas 4, 5 and 6, which is broadly within 2km of Bradford city centre.
The map can be accessed HERE
It can’t be broken so feel free to move things about. Zoom in (roll your mouse roller) to see more detail of any of the “dandelion flowerheads” such as “Activity”. There you will find details of the activities on offer. Click on any of the logos and the details (provider, website, location, contact details, etc) of the activity will be displayed on the left-hand side of your screen.
If you are looking for something specific such as “Zumba” use the “Search” function in the top left corner of your screen. Type in “Zumba” and click on the suggested provider for all the details of the provider.
