Day centre for elderly people aged over 50+. We are a voluntary community registered charity which is non-profitable. All our committee members (staff) are elderly, retired and volunteers. We provide healthy and nutritious hot meals including tea-time, some wonderful trips, some sessions including, exercise sessions, body massaging sessions, yoga sessions, and arts & crafts sessions etc.
Counselling & art therapy: free and confidential with no pre-set limits on the number of sessions. ISVA service: advocacy and emotional support throughout the criminal justice system.
