There is a NEW cardiac rehabilitation website which is available to all patients following a heart attack, angioplasty or heart surgery.
You can access the website on a smartphone, tablet or computer. The cardiac rehabilitation team will still contact you within three days, but the website can help you with additional support and information following your hospital stay.
