Airienteers is the orienteering club of Airedale and Wharfedale which covers the districts of Leeds, Bradford and Craven. Airienteers promote orienteering both for leisure and as a competitive sport.
The ‘Find Your Way’ project is funded by Sport England and aims to get more people engaged and active in their local spaces through virtual orienteering activities.
There are also ‘traditional’ permanent courses open at Ilkley Moor, Middleton Woods Ilkley, Penistone Hill and Northcliffe Park.
These routes are suitable for those in wheelchairs, buggies or even walking dogs who can’t negotiate stiles easily. They are all under 2 miles.
