Living Well Advisors offer free, friendly advice and non-judgemental support for people who may need a little extra help to start making lifestyle changes. They can help you decide where to start, or what to do next, offer motivation to keep you on track and signpost you to useful resources and services.

There are lots of options available across Bradford district to help people quit smoking. You can speak to your GP, visit pharmacies or speak to our Living Well Advisors. They all offer a free, personal service that will help you to quit, using a variety of options to find what works best for you.

Bradford Encouraging Exercise in People (BEEP) is a physical activity referral service that encourages and supports people to become more active more often.

We are offering 12-weeks FREE membership to a weight loss programme, for anyone who would like to lose weight in a safe and healthy way. This is available to people who live in Bradford district are aged 18 or over and have a BMI of 25 or more.
