Living Well offers access to a number of services and resources to support people who want to improve their health and wellbeing.

Living Well Advisor Service
Living Well Advisors offer free, friendly advice and non-judgemental support for people who may need a little extra help to start making lifestyle changes. They can help you decide where to start, or what to do next, offer motivation to keep you on track and signpost you to useful resources and services.
Support to Quit Smoking
There are lots of options available across Bradford district to help people quit smoking. You can speak to your GP, visit pharmacies or speak to our Living Well Advisors. They all offer a free, personal service that will help you to quit, using a variety of options to find what works best for you.
Bradford Encouraging Exercise in People (BEEP)
BEEP is our physical activity referral service that helps inactive people to become more active. The team work closely with those who have a long term health condition and/or a BMI of 25 . GP’s, nurses and other health professionals can all refer people to BEEP where they will receive up to a whole year of guidance and support with individual exercise plans to help them become more active safely.
Weight Management Support
We are offering 12-weeks FREE membership to a weight loss programme, for anyone who would like to lose weight in a safe and healthy way. This is available to people who live in Bradford district are aged 18 or over and have a BMI of 25 or more.
