Beef burgers with potato wedges

Follow the recipe below to make homemade beef burgers with potato wedges.

Add fresh chilli or other spices to your burger mixture if you prefer.  For a change try sweet potatoes instead of white potatoes or tasty celeriac chips – find the recipe here.

You can also enjoy your burgers with different breads  – pitta breads or bagels make a tasty alternative.

Add your favourite seasoning to the wedges to make them extra tasty!

This recipe serves four people but if you would like to make more, simply double the ingredients.
