Being physically active can help to improve your overall health. This includes brain health, being a healthy weight, reducing the risk of long term conditions, strengthening your bones and muscles, and helping you do everyday activities.
The 20 Minute Movement is also about encouraging friends, colleagues and family to be active. If you can walk to work that’s great, if you can’t, why not go for a walk during your lunchbreak and encourage your colleagues to join in?
