We understand that losing weight isn’t always plain sailing. Changing lifelong habits takes effort, and without the right support it’s easy to give up on yourself. That’s why each week in IMAGE Therapy you’ll share recipes, ideas and strategies and get powerful personalised support to keep you on track as you build your knowledge of Food Optimising and our Body Magic activity programme, find out more about the psychology of slimming and keep your weight loss motivation sky-high.
Slimming World’s Food Optimising plan is a healthy, flexible approach, based on everyday foods, to help people lose weight without ever going hungry.
