Shaheen from Ravenscliffe talks about food swaps she is making
Shaheen from Ravenscliffe wanted to make some changes after becoming a new mum to help her stay well and enjoy a long happy life with her family. She wanted to be healthier for her baby boy and feel better in herself and less sluggish.
Shaheen decided to make a few simple swaps that included swapping her usual takeaways to cooking meals for her family from scratch. She found it took a little bit longer but was definitely worth it.
She feels less tired, less sluggish, more alert and generally feeling healthier. Shaheen’s advice to others is “it’s not easy but stick at it and you’ll feel better in the long run”
Shaheen has swapped and you can too!
